Cyprus is the opening chapter. We are looking for partners who want to run a room around the 100% Arabica blend — Italian espresso, a chocolate aftertaste, and the tin on the bar.
The blend
Five origins, one cup. The same Mrs. Rose ritual that began with the Merlin family — not a generic espresso machine on a high street.
The room
A cafe venue: cream, cocoa, and the latta as a still-life object. Hotels and quieter corners are welcome to enquire as well.
